Responsibilities
- Deliver polished table service with extensive menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously using digital POS systems
- Process payments efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold strict sanitation standards during food service and station resets
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent bending/reaching
- Proficiency with reservation systems and POS technology
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Impeccable communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Local San Diego residency preferred
