Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Upsell specialty dishes and premium beverages
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless timing
- Maintain spotless dining station and sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Participate in opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience
- TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
