Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm hospitality and menu expertise
- Process orders accurately using POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments and maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Upsell premium dishes, beverages, and special promotions
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payment methods
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to health safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional serving experience in high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication skills and customer service demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21+ years old with valid TIPS certification
- Proficient with POS systems (Toast, Square, or similar)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
