Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar
- Deliver food and beverages while maintaining impeccable presentation
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling
- Monitor table cleanliness and maintain dining area standards
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
