Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with flawless timing and precision

- Manage multiple tables while maintaining composure during peak hours
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards
- Build rapport with regular guests through personalized interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- DC Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) certification required
- Exceptional knowledge of food/wine/beer service protocols
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
