Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide an immediate, professional welcome upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer detailed questions about ingredients and preparation, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system with precision.
- Deliver orders promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met (temperature, garnish, plating).
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Clean and sanitize service stations, tables, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings and menu items.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
