Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process POS transactions accurately and manage cash handling
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Uphold cleanliness standards in dining areas and service stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism
- Contribute to positive team culture during peak service periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Washington Alcohol Server Permit required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of allergen protocols and dietary restrictions
