Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Manage table turnover while maintaining impeccable timing and presentation
- Process payments accurately through POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Uphold health/safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Contribute to daily side work and opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Washington Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Team player with strong time management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Passion for Pacific Northwest cuisine and local wines
