Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Master menu knowledge to make informed recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining areas and restock supplies
- Handle guest concerns professionally with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must be available nights and weekends (15-25 hrs/week)
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with genuine customer service focus
