Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring optimal table turnover.
- Present menus, answer detailed questions about menu items, and make informed recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and service areas after each guest departure.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process credit card payments securely.
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be of legal drinking age (21+) and have a valid food handler's permit.
