Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients
- Process orders accurately through POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table cleanliness and ensure timely beverage refills
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with bartenders and hosts during peak hours
- Contribute to daily opening/closing duties including station setup and breakdown
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- TAMRCC alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Food Handler's certification (or ability to acquire within 30 days)
