Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with wine knowledge and menu expertise
- Process orders accurately through our POS system while maintaining order flow
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Manage section cleanliness and table resets during peak hours
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- ServSafe Alcohol certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy and timing
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive team attitude
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast experience a plus)
- Must be 21+ due to alcohol service requirements
