About the Role
As a Server, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our guests feel welcomed, informed, and satisfied throughout their dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Describe menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions effectively.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and organized manner, ensuring presentation standards.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital transactions.
- Clean and reset tables between service periods to maintain high hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar guest-facing role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol (SOPA certified).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
