Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming smile and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation is top-notch.
- Upsell menu items and signature cocktails to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Friendly, energetic, and positive personality.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
