Responsibilities
- Perform nightly front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, using industry-standard Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card deposits, and balance the nightly audit report.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, resolving inquiries and issues during the evening shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with mail services, wake-up calls, and general hotel information requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (training provided on our software).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is highly preferred.
