Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions about ingredients and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Clear tables promptly and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
- Cross-train in other service positions as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional serving experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Proof of food handler certification is required.
