Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Accurately process orders using our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely food/beverage delivery
- Maintain pristine dining areas and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing accurately
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium menu items
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking stations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and allergen awareness
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Valid food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain)
