Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining section cleanliness
- Accurately process orders, payments, and handle POS transactions
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Exhibit deep knowledge of menu, ingredients, and allergens
- Upsell specials and premium menu items to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health/safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification preferred (training available)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Team player with strong work ethic
