Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive table service with menu expertise and beverage knowledge
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining table flow
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless timing and special requests
- Handle payments, cash management, and daily reconciliation duties
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining stations and restock supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with positive, solution-oriented approach
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and post-closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Positive attitude with genuine customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- 21+ for alcohol service (if applicable)
