Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately using our POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Upsell specials and high-margin items to enhance revenue
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-closing duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ (alcohol service required)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
