Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with warm, genuine hospitality
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen staff
- Deliver orders in timely manner while maintaining order accuracy
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Manage table cleanliness and resetting between guests
- Collaborate with bartenders and support staff for seamless service
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
