Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables during peak hours
- Master extensive wine, cocktail, and seasonal menu knowledge
- Process payments accurately through POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- NYS Food Handler certification required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
