Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu offerings and specials
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table cleanliness and ensure timely bussing/resetting between guest rotations
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through seamless collaboration
- Adhere to all food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic math proficiency for order processing and cash handling
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
