Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of the dining room to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of our seasonal offerings and curated wine pairings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our state-of-the-art POS system and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Clean and reset tables meticulously to maintain our high aesthetic standards throughout service.
- Cash out guests accurately and handle cash transactions with absolute integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service and resolution of any guest inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food service standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying evening shifts.
- Valid food handler's card and alcohol awareness certification required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant location.
