Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage reservation systems and process bookings with accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

- Support inventory management and administrative tasks during shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
