Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to all guests
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders
- Manage table rotations and seating assignments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service
- Process payments and maintain POS accuracy
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell specials and premium menu items
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience
- Tennessee Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math and POS proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Must be 18+ years old
