- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Louisiana alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of local cuisine and beverage culture preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
