Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Build genuine rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness and table settings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale casual restaurant experience
- TAMs or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification preferred
- Basic POS system proficiency
