Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service with knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and promotional offerings
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including side station setup and breakdown
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Minnesota Alcohol Server Permit (current or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Food safety certification preferred
