Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service to 15-20 guests per shift
- Expertly explain menu items and daily specials
- Process orders accurately through POS system
- Manage table timing and course pacing
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile checks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong multitasking and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Availability for evenings and weekends
