Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, taking accurate orders and delivering food/beverages
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and uphold sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to ensure positive dining experiences
- Support opening/closing duties including restocking stations and side work
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional serving experience in high-volume restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper service protocols
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak service hours
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Basic POS system proficiency required
