Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 25-30 guests per shift
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine selection
- Process orders accurately using POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience
- CA Food Handler & Alcohol Service certifications
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and menu items
- Ability to multitask during peak service hours
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
