Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen team with precision.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, refilling drinks and checking for satisfaction promptly.
- Process payments accurately using our state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including setting tables and clearing plates.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining energy and focus.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- A valid food service permit or certification is required.
