Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
- Accurately process food/drink orders and payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional customer service skills
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
