Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with order accuracy and timing
- Master menu knowledge and wine/beverage pairings
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash management
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Maintain clean stations and adhere to safety protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Support opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ (alcohol service certification)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
