Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Expertly navigate our digital POS system while processing payments and maintaining order accuracy
- Master extensive wine, cocktail, and menu knowledge to upsell premium offerings
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers during peak service hours
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness throughout shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and poise
- Contribute to daily inventory and opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant server experience required
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification (RAMP) or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Proficiency in Aloha, Micros, or comparable POS systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nevada food handler's card
- Positive attitude and passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences
