Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring checks are error-free.
- Deliver menu knowledge and make informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, adhering to presentation and timing standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with grace and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining service station throughout the shift.
- Upsell specials and promote loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
