Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables with a smile.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of our signature dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout your shift.
- Upsell items to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Friendly demeanor and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic math skills for accurate tipping and order handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
