Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in and credential management
- Manage crowd flow and maintain venue safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams for smooth operations
- Set up/breakdown event spaces according to specifications
- Monitor inventory of event materials and supplies
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event/concert staff experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying conditions
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
