Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome customers warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Service Delivery: Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring temperature and presentation standards are met.
- Upselling: Suggest wine pairings and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine dining area, including setting tables and bussing dishes.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns immediately with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a server or waiter is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs.
- SIP Certification: Optional but highly desirable for serving alcohol.
