Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable immediately upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer detailed questions about menu items, and make informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to standard recipes and plating guidelines.
- Clean and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart to maintain a pristine dining room.
- Handle payments accurately and process tips responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure a seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a high energy level.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business volume.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
