Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and premium pastries.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including the coffee bar and dining area.
- Follow health and safety guidelines strictly to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Operate commercial brewing equipment and espresso machines with precision and care.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and encourage loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliability and a positive attitude are a must.
- Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for the coffee industry.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
