Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make informed recommendations based on our culinary offerings.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following strict health and safety standards.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations (SOP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to stand and move around the dining room for extended periods.
