As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining moments while enjoying a supportive and upscale work culture.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional welcome and manage wait times efficiently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our modern POS system and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders promptly, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.
- Upsell daily specials and signature cocktails to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain a pristine dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring restrooms are spotless.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with grace, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Food Handler's card and Alcohol Awareness certification.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and tip calculations.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
