Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with accurate order-taking and beverage delivery
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and manage cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food service and special requests
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and positivity

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beer preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 20+ lbs
