Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive table service with menu expertise
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling compliance
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Present a polished appearance and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties including restocking stations
- Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Valid CA Food Handler Card (or ability to acquire within 30 days)
- Basic POS system proficiency
