Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with personalized recommendations and menu expertise
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen/bar teams
- Manage guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and special requests
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and table readiness between seatings
- Execute opening/closing procedures including side work and station setup
- Adhere to food safety protocols and liquor service regulations
- Collaborate with hosts, bussers, and support staff for seamless service flow
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Valid Arizona Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
