Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Accurately take and process guest orders using our digital POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Present and explain menu items, specials, and daily offerings
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and assist with bussing tables
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ years old
