Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare & present specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, cold brew)
- Operate POS systems with accuracy & efficiency
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in all service areas
- Upsell bakery items & seasonal promotions
- Train new team members on beverage standards
- Manage inventory & restock supplies
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility with mornings, evenings & weekends
