Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for flawless execution
- Manage station cleanliness and maintain high hygiene standards
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Handle payments efficiently and reconcile cash at shift end
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with positive solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual dining server experience
- Philadelphia food handler's certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of wine/beer fundamentals and allergen awareness
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TAMs or POS system proficiency preferred
